Hello all,
I have decided to simplify the login to the Open Dialogue international forum. Previously the login was linked to the Open Dialogue international website where training resources were located, but now all training resources are being relocated to the forum itself, meaning that the default login can be used, which is simpler.
What this means for you is that you will now be logged out of the forum and will need to login again. In order to see the private group that corresponds to the training programme that you are participating in, you will need to login using the same email address that you previously used for the forum.
The new login page looks like this:
If you previously logged in with an email address and password, then you will need to reset your password. To do so, click ‘I forgot my password’ and you will then see a screen where you can enter your email and click ‘Reset Password’:
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password (check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox).
If you previously used the one click social media process, you will see that on the right hand side of the login page there are options to sign in using a Google account or a Twitter/X account. You should be able to login using these methods as well. At the moment I don’t have Facebook or LinkedIn logins working. If you previously used Facebook or LinkedIn to login, please switch to logging in using an email and password (using the ‘I forgot my password’ link), but use the same email address that you use for your Facebook or LinkedIn account.
If you experience any difficulties with this, please send me an email (nickputman@me.com) and I will be happy to help.
Apologies for any inconvenience with this change. I am just trying to ensure that the login process and sharing of resources is as simple as possible.
With Best Wishes,
Nick
